What is the delivery time once I have submitted my order?
With our ‘Same Day Despatch Guarantee’ (excluding weekends and public bank holidays in the UK and Guernsey) all orders placed before 12.30pm will be despatched on the day of receipt. Orders placed after 12.30pm are guaranteed to be sent on the next working day. For our express delivery service orders must be placed before 12.30pm Monday to Friday to arrive the next working day.
